QuickDial AI (Samay AI, Inc.) builds voice models and the AgentBox voice agent. This page describes what we collect on quickdial.ai and inside AgentBox conversations.

On this website

We do not set advertising cookies. We count visits and button clicks with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores no personal data and only reports totals. Meeting bookings are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Demo links open AgentBox agents hosted by us.

In AgentBox conversations

• Payment card details are entered on screen, never spoken, and never stored on our servers.
• The agent refuses details it did not hear and reads details back before acting.
• Call-recording consent is configured per jurisdiction by the business deploying the agent.
• Transcripts are retained for the business that deployed the agent and used, with their agreement, to improve our in-house models.
